April was a month full of SUMMER! It's summer time again! It's crazy how last summer we had a little baby boy who was just beginning to crawl around and now we have a toddler and baby girl! Time flies!A little about William: William is growing and having so much fun! He played in the pool a few times and loved the water hose the most. He loves to write on the sidewalk with chalk and had great fun playing with Gramm, visiting with Baba and GranAnn, and even got to hang out with Papa and Yaya! Aunt Ali and sweet Tegan got to come play several times!! And even Uncle Edward and Ms Christy came to visit and brought William and Kaitlynn's cousin Brady! William is talking alot more and is less shy when he is around people he isn't used to.William is a mirror image of his Daddy and has Mommy's imagination.William got his feet wet (no pun intended) in the world of potty training and he will kick that into high gear in the coming weeks now that his sister's routine is becoming more predictable. He pee pees in the potty frequently. William went bike riding with Daddy downtown and had a dinner date with Pop and Gramm one evening.
A little about Kaitlynn: Kaitlynn started the month as a sleepy baby and is growing so fast! She smiles at anyone who will chat with her and is cooing like crazy! She loved her paci this month (but even though its just a few days into May, she doesn't need it as much :-) ) Kaitlynn currently has Mommy's smile and Daddy's social personality. Kaitlynn started off the month with her umbilical and a skin infection on her face and the umbilical cord stub FINALLY fell off at 9 WEEKS (yuck lol first real bath in April YAY!) and her first dose of antibiotics killed the infection and her face cleared up. Kaitlynn got to spend some one on one time with Mommy as they took a trip down to Southwest GA to see some friends and family a couple of days before Daddy and William joined them. Yaya really enjoyed having her there :-) Kaitlynn is spitting up way less than when she was first born and is doing great breastfeeding. She is really smiling a lot, I know I already mentioned that but she smile ALL THE TIME! She is rolling to her side and has some hand control to hold a toy now.
Jeremy got sick this month and had to go to the doctor, poor thing :-). We have enjoyed being in community with other believers more this month which was a blessing! We attended a story time at the library and made some new friends too! We had turtles visiting our yard...several times! ok I know on with it...just put some notes on the pictures...enough chit chat....here are my favorite pictures of the month!
