Fall art at school

Big 5 year old!!

Enjoying the cooler weather of fall!

She has my morning hair too...thankful she's more snuggly than I naturally am though

New cafe

studying at new cafe

Kaitlynn's class took a field trip to the international "big kid" school and got to visit the library (William got invited along as well since he is an english speaker)

Their band (Kaitlynn is obviously a princess drummer)

Trampoline house at local park...Jeremy getting ready

and flip

and land...even though it looks like he fell, he didn't. Old man, who is NOW 32 YEARS OLD can still flip lol

Pirate flag on a light saber...arghhh mate

The box (similar to the leather folder thing you use in america) to put your money in to pay your check at this restaurant...it fits since it takes at least 100 bills to make just a little less than $15.

Nothing quite like a lego guitar

Kaitlynn ascending the jungle gym thing

animal bikes on a circle track

local wedding Samantha attending.  The bride bows a certain number of times holding her veil out like this toward each group at the wedding traditionally.

Bride and groom sit at this table and watch their guests enjoy the evening of food and dancing...the more fun the guests have, the more honor they are showing the bride and groom.

Cool Kaitlynn

Love these guys

Happy Birthday loves to Daddy

Swinging together on the new bench swing at the playground

bundled bunny on a cold day

Patternables. William wants us to take a picture of all of his creations before we clean up after playing.

Trip to the train museum on a cold day

Almost the same picture we took almost exactly two years ago...yet they've grown and changed so much in those short two years!

William and Kailtynn tried taking our photo...

William taking our photo while we take his

our winter garden

our Samson hair

after making chicken pot pie (several of them to freeze for easy meals after we get back here with Baby Charlotte)...after 5 hours in the kitchen this day, you could guess I was missing the Take Them A Meal time in my life when so many wonderful folks blessed us abundantly after having a baby!!!How thankful I am for that even all these years later! :)

Painting while mom cooked

first pumpkin pie from like a real pumpkin...and pot pie for guests.  I have a whole new meaning of something being from scratch now that I start with flour, veggies that still have dirt on them, and a real pumpkin lol

loves her traditional dress she got last year for her birthday from a friend

tired girl fell asleep on me...this hasn't happened since she was a tiny newborn and then didn't happen much since I had a young toddler running around the house too.  Sweet moment.

Celebrated two years living in Tashkent by making the national food, osh, and taking it to neighbors. Forgot to take a picture until it was gone.

Dramatic "reading" right here

Patternables turn 3D in our house

The guy on the wall is being held up by a rope...literally, one man is holding one end of the rope, another man is holding the other end of the rope, and the man is straddling the rope sort of like a homemade swing...except it's from the roof of a four story building...yeah totally normal.

New playground equipment at the playground attracted many kids from the neighborhood before the cooler weather came.

a friend willing share the swing makes for a happy Kaitlynn

Birthday boy's gift from his teachers.

Jeremy found a dead man outside our apartment....yes, you read that correctly, a dead man...was dark, and the man just fell down, hit his head on a tree. Lost of people walked by (it is very dark with very little light at night) and the one's who did see him thought he was just drunk...Jeremy on the other hand thought he was dead...turns out he was right...the police asked jeremy to photograph it (I left the guys face out on purpose so as to not creep anyone out more than the fact that such things do happen, to Jeremy, in a foreign country...yes, I was quite confused when he called me to tell me he would take a while to come inside because of this discovery...what a day)

on her field trip

a parachute, playground, and a library all in one field trip!

Kaitlynn the boat driver

our pizza at a restaurant...looks alot better than it tasted but was definitely interesting

spider boy

he is into faces these days

Pirates

Go carts at the new park

Jeremy

A friend from the neighborhood jeremy took to ride the go carts who had a blast

trip to the train museum with some friends

Daddy got to go on the field trip when the teacher called last minute and asked if we could come and transport children ...it's like that here, no need for papers to be signed by anyone, or car seats, or even seat belts...just show up with a car, and pile the children in!

Kaitlynn doing her fall art at school.

That's a big peek into our October 2016!
Hope you enjoyed it!
